Where can I get the deed restrictions for Legacy Ranch?

How do I get approval from the ARC for something in accordance with the deed restrictions?

Can I choose my own builder?
Yes, any builder is welcome in Legacy Ranch.

What is the minimum square footage allowed in Legacy Ranch?
2200 square feet

Can an individual purchase a lot, or is it limited to just builders?
We contract with both individuals and builders.

Does Legacy Ranch have a Homeowners Association (HOA)?
No. We do ask that you respect your neighbor and the neighborhood by following the deed restrictions.
